Native Land are committed to continuing to engage with our neighbours throughout deliver of the development.
Project updates are provided via hardcopy and digital newsletter and are currently circulated on a bi-monthly basis. These will increase to monthly and supported by Community Liaison Group meetings during particularly busy periods.
We are pleased to share that the Arbor building achieved Practical Completion on 19th December 2023 and has been handed over to Ashdowns Phillips Partnerships for ongoing operation. This was the first building to be completed and was a major milestone onsite.

Extended Hours, February and March 2024
Following the site possession from Multiplex at Western Yards Building 2 and to continue with the works at Bankside Yards, we have requested some extended working hours to Southwark Council for February and March 2024, as per below:
Monday to Friday between 18:00-20:00 hours.
We have worked closely with Southwark Council to ensure we have all permits and approvals in place.
